I’ve been practicing yoga since 1998, teaching since 2007. My life in travel, combined with the health I’ve recovered through yoga, meditation, nature, rest, writing, music and food as medicine is the greatest influence on my teaching. I’m also influenced by Ana Forrest, Erich Schiffmann, Chiara Guerrieri, Annie Carpenter, Seane Corn, Eckhart Tolle and so many others. My classes center around the art of release and recovery, using breathwork, meditation and intelligent sequencing to connect to the subtle body, awaken the spirit and free the mind.
