Peppar is a graduate of Rasa’s 200Hr Teacher Training. She is happy to finally be able to share her love of yoga through teaching. With each class, she incorporates strength and grounding so that each student leaves feeling ready for whatever the day may bring.
Peppar began her yoga practice as a way to heal her emotional and mental self. She continues to practice to maintain balance in her life.
