Utilizing music and the beauty and grace of vinyasa flow, the class will invite you to delve deeper into your body/mind awareness, as well as facilitate yoga’s benefits to relax deeply into your entire being.

She completed the Rasa 200 hour teacher training and is deeply influenced by her time spent with Max Strom, Desiree Rumbaugh, Jamie Elmer and Kristin Laak.

She brings a feeling of welcoming and kindness plus an invitation of deep self-care to her teaching.  Julie’s background includes over 25 years in the health care fields and she is most interested in integral healing, one that encompasses all levels within ourselves.  She owned a health food store and is a certified nutritionist and classical homeopath.  She has also had many years of training in tai chi, dance, ballet and gymnastics.  In addition to managing Rasa, she is the owner of Tara and Company, which has supported artists in Nepal and India for over 20 years, importing beautiful sacred pieces of artwork.
