Yoga entered my life during 2008 while struggling to perform duties of a physically strenuous job. I began to develop a home practice structured on healing my body through asana based Hatha Yoga. My practice began to evolve, as my body healed it opened channels for new life to flow. I expanded my practice from home to the studio where I began to find a deeper practice filled with pranayama, meditation and vinyasa yoga. The shift had began as yoga provided me with the tools to navigate and grow towards my true self. As my practice flourished the lens I viewed this experience with provided so much clarity. Yoga brought me peace and contentment, opened my heart and broke down fearful structures that had held me prisoner for far to long!
