Mariane Berry is the founder and managing director of Rasa Yoga Center in Southern Oregon. Caitlin is a firm believer in the importance of the mind body connection. After completing a six-year enlistment in the Air Force working as a mental health technician, she saw firsthand how disruptive it can be when that connection is broken. Cypresse is a certified Yoga therapist and has been teaching for close to 20 years in the south and northwest. She loves creating a nonjudgmental space for people to discover their strength, flexibility and contentment. Her classes are based on a firm foundation of breath centered movement and intention. Julie has explored movement and health her entire life. She teaches Vinyasa Flow and Gentle classes at both the Ashland and Medford studios. Her classes focus on breath-initiated movement, bringing mindfulness while exploring the union of breath and body on and off the mat. Cynde Gragert, RYT, LMT
Cynde is an experienced, registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500), teaching since 1985. She is guided by the ongoing study of yoga philosophy, the principles of Yin/Yang from Taoism, mindfulness meditation from Buddhism, and the deep understanding of body mechanics and movement from her practice of massage therapy and holistic health. Emmy has been a committed student of Kundalini Yoga since 1999 and has been teaching since 2004. She has taught beginning and intermediate classes, prenatal yoga and yoga for actors. Lauren began practicing yoga 18 years ago in Los Angeles, CA where she fell in love with the strength and connection yoga brought to her. Since then, she has attended a variety of classes and workshops all over the world, studying under various skilled yogis.
