Caitlin Dunnington

Caitlin is a firm believer in the importance of the mind body connection. After completing a six-year enlistment in the Air Force working as a mental health technician, she saw firsthand how disruptive it can be when that connection is broken. She believes the physical practice of yoga asana is a powerful, moving meditation that can rekindle, or even help to discover that connection.

Her classes will offer strong, logical, purposeful sequencing, and will ask you to engage in conversation with yourself and your body. You will be asked to find your edges, and possibly make some new ones.

Caitlin has been in the Rasa family since 2015 and completed Rasa’s 200Hr Teacher Training. She is also assistant manager for both the Medford and Ashland studios.
