Mariane Berry is the founder and managing director of Rasa Yoga Center in Southern Oregon. I found yoga ten years ago while living in Seattle, Washington pursuing a degree in dietetics with emphasis on whole foods nutrition. While attending Bastyr University for my degree, I explored many different types of yoga in studios around the city, and found the common thread of a mind, body, spirit approach.
